Unique silver lizard earrings

Vintage and very unique earrings from Mexico - sterling silver with natural pearl. Stamp 925 on the back (see photos). About 1.5” long. Not heavy. Purchased them about 25 years ago in the small village near Merida, but haven’t worn much. Found in my jewelry box and ready to part with them.
