Unique royal blue mini dress

This dress is beautiful on (I would share a picture if it still fit me), but it lays great on the right size. The top cuts across which makes it technically a one shoulder dress. It it’s just above the knees and is double lined. Overall a great quality dress that I was only able to wear once.
