Unique jacket/ blouse,sz L

Special occasion, handcrafted jacket/ blouse. New, newer worn. White fabric ( narrow, ribbon like) applique on a black see trough tulle/mesh background, with pearl- like buttons. There is no size indicated on the labels. Please see photos for the measurements. The jacket is about 25 inches long. From underarm to underarm: 22.5 inches. Comes from smoke free and pets free home. .
