Unique ginkgo leaf, bell, and fringe necklace

I was over the moon when I won this necklace at a silent auction. I was so in love with its unique design and little teal beads that made fringes in the bells! Unfortunately, I have extremely sensitive skin and I believe this necklace is brass. I could never wear it for long periods of time. But my loss is your gain! I believe the designer is Esther K (you can see the initials as charms near the clasp) but I can’t find any information about her these days.
