Unique embroidered iridescent bag w floral details

Purchased this beautiful piece in a consignment store. I couldn't capture it in the pictures but the teal material this bag is made of is slightly iridescent in the light. The lining inside is in mint condition and I can send a picture if requested. It looks like the handles were moved at some point so you can see the unstitching (last picture).
