Unique couture tank tutu dress

Comfy, fabulous, sparkly, twirly and oh so girly. This dress has it all in a delightful tank cotton bodice and ultra fluffy but not at all itchy tutu bottom. It says 18m but I think it’ll go into age 2 easy. Good used condition.
