Unique bolo pendant

This bolo pendant resembles the Inca Sun god I've seen on google. This is a striking piece of art. The silver metal (it looks yellow but it's not, photographic talent is lacking) is either nickel, pewter, or tin. I do not know if the turquoise is genuine or not.
