Unique Vintage floral 70s dress

super cute blue and brown retro 60s or 70s dress. has white collar and white button sleeve cuffs. zipper back with hook and eye closure. flowers are blue, brown with yellow accents and dress is mostly black background. skirt part is pleated. length is about 34" from shoulder to bottom hem. pit to pit is about 17" across. waist is about 17" across with no stretch. shoulder to pit is about 9" down. shoulder to shoulder is about 14" across. bicep of sleeve is about 5" down.
