Unique Vintage White Dot Mesh Dress

I bought this dress new and then never wore it. It was supposed to be for my bridal shower and now it doesn’t fit. Size small Unique Vintage Fully lined Bodice boning so good support Optional straps (included) Flat waist: 13.5” (so close to a size 4). Adorable and good flow, very soft. Breaks my heart to give it up!
