Unique Vintage Spoon Ring Size 7.5

This is a one of a kind vintage spoon ring. Size is about 7.5 I can't locate a 925 marking but I'm 99% sure it is sterling silver. Over time, it has developed a patina as seen in the pictures and I have left it as is so that the buyer can decide if they want to clean and polish it. Such a classic piece of jewelry!
