Black and white/ivory (not stark white) geometric stripe patterned and textured vintage dress from Saks Fifth Avenue. VERY flattering. Self belt wraps around waist. Bottom half is pleated. The print on the fabric is symmetrical (as it appears on top) - the wavy appearance in the skirt comes from the pleats and cut. Removable shoulder pads so you can lean into the 80s vintage shape or not. Tag says size 14 but this fits like a 10. Waist seam is 14.5-15". Shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 16".
