Unique Vintage S Japanese Dress

This dress needs someone who understands it. It is a vintage japanese dress and it needs some care. Besides it being incredibly unique, it needs some stitching on the collar/bow area. There has been some color staining as well, but it's nothing a professional couldn't fix. A beautiful big black bow, lots of ruffles and ribbons. I am 5'6 and the dress covers up the upper thigh. What more can a girl (or boy) ask for?
