Unique Vintage MCM 1960s Italian Marcella Chianti Lute Decanter This is a Unique, Vintage MCM 1960s Italian Marcella Chianti Lute Decanter. This decanter was made in 1964. It can also be used as a vase. The decanter displays great craftmanship. On the front, there are different color painted roses with the lute's seven strings in between them. There are two white stickers with faded text on the back that may have been from the previous owner. I'm leaving the decision up to the next owner if they want to remove the stickers or not. A person who likes Italian culture, string instruments or music in general may like this a gift. The decanter measures approximately 13" high by 5" inches wide at the lute base by 2.5" on the bottom and is in excellent vintage condition with no visible anomalies and very minor wear. The maker's mark is in the bottom as well. This is an interesting piece from an era where unique design, elegance and style was the norm.
