Unique Vintage Floral zip top

Ok y’all this top is certainly a unique piece! It doesn’t not have any tags so I don’t have much info on it. It features a 3/4 zip with a heart zipper, a beautiful neutral floral print, and small shoulder pads! Honestly I feel like someone could really rock this piece and I’d love to see it! My guess is it’s about a small/medium? This item comes from a smoke free home with one doggie that doesn’t care for the clothes :). Feel free to ask any questions!
