Collectible, Rare, Coca-Cola branded bottle opener with two plastic pop tops designed to fit over standard soda machine bottles for those who don't want to drink a whole bottle at once. Incidentally you could use them to store your extra set of contacts. LOL. Coca Cola logo is still visible on main side but significantly faded.
