Unique Vintage Black & Multicolor Cat Print Rye Swing Skirt size small

This is the most ADORABLE skirt!! I have a 26.5 in waist and I thought this would fit from the measurements on the size chart but sadly it’s just a little to small which makes it uncomfortable for me to wear. I love it so much I ordered it in a bigger size but I would like to sell this one. The bows are great added touch and the print is just so cute. You can wear it like a regular skirt or you can unbutton the side to give it a side slit which looks fabulous. This skirt fits more like an xs vs a regular small. I hope this skirt finds a good home!
