Tag says Medium but measurements are for a small, this was likely mislabeled. Unique Vintage 1950s Purple Haunted Mansion High Waist Circle Swing Skirt. Brand new and never worn except to try on (which is how I realized it was mislabeled) Second photo is me wearing a new skirt (of the same print) I purchased that was actually the correct size for me.
