Unique Piece of Artwork made with Scraps of Paper. 11” X 14” Framed

This is a unique piece of artwork made in 1987 by using scraps of paper I thought it was quite original when I purchased it I can’t read the artist’s name. I just know the frame shop was in the Carolinas It measures 11“ x 14“ and I guess you could hang it either way
