sdeweese93 @sillyfattoad hello! I measured insole. It’s 10”. Shoe says size 38. I wear a size 8 and they fit me but they are snug. I hope that helps. And I believe our shipping go to Canada. I can double check with Poshmark on that. Hope that helps. Thanks so much
