Unique NWT Vintage Y2K Blue Silk & Tulle Beaded Asymmetrical Fishtail Bias Cut Prom Formal Gown by Bicici W/ Mermaid “Under the Sea” Vibes ▪️Size: X-Small (please see measurements below) ▪️Measurements: (taken lying flat) Pit to Pit: 16” Waist: 12” (w/ out pulling/bias cut) Total Length: 65” ▪️This gown is so unique and fun! Would be perfect for any “Under the Sea” or Water themed event. ▪️Excellent condition, brand new w/ tags ▪️Tulle- this dress has a LOT of tulle. The bones of the design of the dress are an asymmetrical gown, with the beaded silk being the longer side and the tulle filling in on the shorter side.
