The vase is presented in a lite amber colored hand blown free formed handkerchief art glass style with applied free formed stretched glass pieces randomly floating around the perimeter of the vase. It is Mid-Century Modern in its essence and has an elegant overall feel with a clear .75" base. The vase itself measures approximately 11" tall by 10' wide and is in great MCM condition with no visible anomalies. It is unmarked and has four felt pads attached on the underside for non-scratching surfaces. This vase is so unusual and indicative of the experimental and progressive designing aspects of the Mid-Century Modernism movement. It is definitely a centerpiece.
