Unique Extra Long Yellow Bi Fold Wallet

Bought at JC Penney around 2010 this wallet is extra long and measures 9”L x 4” H x 1” D Has 2 window pockets, many card slots and one inside zip pocket, one outside. Some dirt and stains on inside and outside (see pics)
