This bracelet is an elastic stretch bracelet and made to fit a smaller to average sized wrist [about the 6.5 - 7" circumference] and is either threaded on extra thick or on double strung, superior quality, elastic stretch fiber - for easy roll on/off. To preserve your stretch fiber, roll your bracelets on/off one at a time, instead of pulling and tugging on them.
