This is a unique British flag Union Jack print knit skirt size small. No tags, but this is soft knit fabric, probably acrylic. Item pulls on over-the-hips and has no pockets or fastenings. Approximate unstretched measurements are 24 inches at waist, 32 inches at hips, 15 inches in length. Item only worn once, so in overall good condition. The only flaw noted is a small mark at upper back center (see photos), otherwise good.
