Unique and cute romper. This romper is fitted to your body but then has a front panel that covers the shorts part and cones up over the fitted bodice to tie like a halter. From the back it looks strapless but also has the panel that covers the shorts back...so it looks like a dress. Very cool design. Another boutique item.
