Unique Asymmetrical Halter Dress with LaceUp Sides

Unique Asymmetrical Halter Dress with Lace Up Sides. Feminine and flowy. Looks to be a designer sample. Velvet midriff. I'm 5'3" and it's a little long for me in the halter area. Would fit a taller person very well. 16.5" armpit to armpit. 28.5" from top of decorative ring straight down to the bottom of dress (Which is the shortest part of dress).
