Uniqlo Silk Button Up Polka Dot Blouse

Smooth 100% silk button up shirt from Uniqlo. Off-white with navy polka dots. There is a flap that covers the buttons. In great condition with the only flaw being a small area with some runs in the silk (picture 3) in the front left sleeve.
