Coming from Undercover's Television-themed SS15 collection "Adventure," this fun-as-heck 2L polyester shell features a transformable setup that gives you value for your money by making it 2.5 jackets for the price of one! The collection carried a theme of some tokusatsu-style face mask piece, removable from the hood, which is in turn removable from the jacket, which gives you a kind of coach jacket waterproof thing. What's the waterproof rating? I don't care, if you're going to stand under a waterfall in this thing that's between you and god. It worked well for me in the rain. The jacket features snap buttons, taped seams, aforementioned removable pieces, a snap button storm flap covering a two way waterproof zipper, snap closure side entry pockets (unlined), an elastic cinch at the waist, and a big goddamn television logo with the lyrics from Marquee Moon (great album), replete with its own typo. The cut was refreshingly loose given general output ten years ago, but today just feels like a normal jacket. There's a smudge by one of the pockets (pictured). Probably bike grease. I like the thing, but a) I bought a television shirt when I saw em in concert and having two pieces of band merch for a group from the 70s is insane, and b) I have other shells I prefer. Protip: you're never gonna wear the facemask thing more than once.
