Royal/Navy blue sleeveless under garment top. This top makes any sweater or crew neck top complete. It is sheer in front and made to wear under tops to complete the neck area. The design is by Kathleen Kirkwood. I bought it on QVC and have never worn it. It is made well and is in excellent condition. It has a white collar with 2 buttons on the back to close it with an opening wide enough to slip it over your head.
