In good condition still. No rips or tears. Elastic waistband. The style is called Semi-Fitted Heat gear. It's a super cute bright watermelon color. I tried to show the color in a different lighting in the last picture. Cotton material with some stretch. Great for exercising or just lounging. Measured laying down: 13.5” waist and 9” length (from top of waist band to bottom).
