Brand new but threw away tags did fit my husband. Has a elastic waistband & roomy legs with a inseam of 31&1/2”. They have zippers at hem on both legs so they can be worn open or rolled up. Have 2 side pockets. Waist across front unstretched is 14” but would comfortably stretch to 18/19”so double that for waist size. They’re grey & a water resistant material like nylon Says Under Armour in black print down lower part of left leg. Also has string tie at waist & a netted material liner all down.
