Under Armour Compression semi fitted top

Brand new One tag says it’s semi fitted while the other tag says it’s a loose fit???? Although this item is new with tags, there is a small flaw pointed out in the pictures; pencil dot sized mark I’m certain it’ll come out with a bleach pen. Price reflects this flaw.
