Under Armour Capri Leggings XS

These underarmour Capri leggings are very fitted in a cotton material with a band that can be folded down as seen in the first pic. I tore off the tag on them because I thought I would wear them but they’ve never fit so never worn, they’re a size XS and are probably best for a true size 0 or 00 because I’m a size 2 in pants and a size 4 in Lululemon and these are too small on me.
