Under Armour Capri Leggings

Under Armour Capri leggings I am usually a size medium, but I had cut off the tag for this particular item. I feel that this is a size small. Measurements: laying flat across waistline 13” Waist to bottom 24” Fabric 88% polyester Condition: pre-owned, perfect condition (except that I cut off the tag a while ago)
