Uncivilized Skirt/Dress

Versatile outfit - Can be worn as strapless Dress or as a skirt. Pretty patterns, gold's, blue, browns and cream. Slit can be in back, side or front. Fabric is strechy. Waist is 14" across, length from top to bottom of hem is 42". Braided belt with fringe ends can be doubled or used as single length.
