Unbranded Woven Straw Boho Tassel Carnival Festival Summer Hat

In good pre owned condition. No brand tag or materials tag. Measurements are provided in the photos. Please note they’re estimated since I cannot get accurate measurements of the inside of the hat. I “believe” it would best fit a women’s size S - M. I personally wear a size M in hats and it fit but was slightly snug. Tassels have a few stray strings - possibly a manufacturers or handmade character flaw. The detail around the hat looks to have been glued on. Will be shipped with care.
