Unbranded Houndstooth Goth micro mini skirt XS PXS

Here is a listing for a super cute goth style pleated houndstooth micro mini skirt. There is NO tag for brand, size, OR fabric care. BUT it is pre owed and has a faded spot along the outer hem (please see close up pic) but other than that it appears brans new. The size is close to a petite XS but please see the measurements. The skirt is waist 14 in.(measured flat) -- length 12 in. (front to the bottom of the lace hem). Skirt is a beautiful black/ white houndstooth pattern and most likely is a drop waist with a cheerleader like pleat at the hem.
