Umgee usa - dress-like

This must have a name to it but I'm not sure what it's called. Very soft flowy material. You can wear it as a dress or pant style by getting your legs through the spaces on the very bottom. I'll try to find a pic of me wearing it. It's such a versatile / beautiful piece. Help me out on identifying the name for it if you know it, please. Thanks!
