Umgee Size Small Mini Dress

This is in my Top Five, I don't know how anyone could argue against it. It's a sheer, sexy summer mini dress, but in colors that safer designers steer from in their summer designs. I've never understood why some beautiful colors are pigeonholed into one short season. This is eye-catching due to its lack of conformity, and I'd love to see the confident lady who wears it!
