Are these true to size? How do you think the length would be on someone 5’2?

I believe these run fairly true to size. My daughter has one and she got her normal size. I am not sure about length on your height. I am 5’3” but I need an XL to try on for reference and do not have that size. I am going to venture to say it would hit mid thigh or just above on your height.
