Umgee Peasant Top Tie Waist Size Medium Bell Flutter Sleeve

This is a loose, flowy, cute top from Umgee. The material is soft and the colors are clear. Pictures show both tied and untied but it’s meant to be tied. Sleeves are super cute bell/flutter sleeves. In excellent used condition without flaws. Measurements: Armpit to armpit is 25 inches but this is because the top is loose and oversized.
