Umbrella "1986 Great Pacific NW PowWow"

Large, 49" diameter, red, white & blue nylon umbrella with scalloped wooden handle and red sleeve cover. From the 1986 Great Pacific Northwest PowWow! In excellent condition! Silver point at the top, red tips on the outer ends of prongs, manual operation. The black body of the handle has a shiny, textured pattern that looks stacked or wrapped.
