Umberto Ginocchietti 44 Linen Jacket Duster Olive Crinkled Embroidered Italy VTG

Beautiful pristine looking vintage pure linen jacket by Umberto Ginocchietti in Italian size 44. The jacket is made in Italy of a very high quality soft feeling linen that is slightly crinkled for a textured look and feel that doesn't wrinkle as much as some linens do. The jacket has is slightly wider at the top including the upper sleeves and has a deep lapel V-neck collar and one button around the lower waist area for closure. It also looks great open. There is pretty detailing and embroidery within the fabric with rows of tiny open embroidered areas and gorgeous eyelet accented embroidery around the bottom and the sleeve bottoms in a scalloped trim. This translates to about an 8 or Medium in US sizes but again is slightly oversized I would say especially up top and then tapers in ever so slightly to the bottom. There are two lower front pockets as well. This jacket is not lined and has no slit. This is a great piece for looking great and keeping cool in the coming seasons, a great earthy neutral that will go with so many things. It is in very good condition.
