It is called a “Clear File” but it is actually translucent. It is pliable / flexible, thin, plastic, with anime artwork printed on it! This one is mini and looks more like a bookmark than a file folder, however it still functions the same as a file folder! (you could use it as a bookmark too, I don’t see why not). It is rectangle shaped, and has a dog-ear corner / corner flap / cutout to keep it closed. Good for storing small pieces of paper like notecards, sticky notes, sticky tabs, etc!
