UmGee Floral Dress/Long Tunic

UmGee floral long sleeve dress or long tunic. Sleeves have elasticized section above elbow, NOT bell sleeves. “V” neck with button closure in front. Dress is loose and flowing, multi colored floral in red, orange, lavender, navy, teal on an off white/beige background. Perfect as a dress with heels, booties, boots, or with leggings. I’m excellent condition from smoke and pet free environment.
