This is a fabulous 1990s vintage appliqué vest with a carousel horse motif. Each horse has a 3d flower trim at the tail, back, and head, in aqua, blue, pink, red, yellow, and white. Belted at the back; adjustable with a gold tone sliding buckle. Dark / navy blue, fully lined in royal blue with four buttons down the front. Ultra suede brand fabric in excellent condition with no rips, stains, odors, or other damage. No care tag.
