Ultra high-rise mom jeans

The retail price on these jeans is $59.95. They are very cute jeans, I wish I could’ve wore them more often but they fit me loose. The waist is 24 inches and the pant length is 25 inches (size 0 with short legs). These jeans would look so good with a white baby tee, gold necklace, and Nike air forces. When I put these jeans on for the try on photos, I noticed that they were pretty big on me and I’m usually a 00-1 in pants. I feel like this would fit somebody with a 25-26 inch waist better.
