Ulla Popken Watercolor Skirt

Beautiful floral print skirt in a viscose fabric. I ordered the size 20/22 and decided to size up which is why I am selling this one. I am wearing the 24/26 to show the fit - I typically wear a 24 in bottoms so it’s tts. I have several Ulla Popken skirts that run large which is why I originally ordered the smaller size.
