Bought directly from Ulla Johnson website (no longer sold new online). The dress has a tiered skirt, puff sleeves with elastic trim, a ruched pleated bodice with a keyhole opening and a strap, which can be tied as a halterneck or around the cutout as a bow based on your preference. The material is very light and airy with goldmetallic threading out (56% cotton, 42% viscose, 2% metallic) so it is super beautiful and the dress is fully lined.
