Ukrainian cufflinks or set of lapel pins (patented), and gold toned tie tac

Set of Ukrainian themed pins or cufflinks. Patent (pat# 2472956). I do not know where they were made. Gold tone tie bar was worn with these. Can also be worn as a set fastened to clothing.
